These terms govern access to and use of the Ambriva IA service published by AMBRiVA Partners. By using the service, the user accepts these terms.

Ambriva IA is a conversational assistant based on artificial intelligence, intended to provide educational, specialised information on foreign-exchange risk management, and is strictly informational in nature.

The service does not constitute a solicitation, recommendation or offer to buy, sell or subscribe to any financial products, instruments or services. It provides no personalised information and no financial or tax advice, and in no way leads to personalised advice on the appropriateness of investing in any given financial instrument. It is intended for informed users, aware of the speculative nature of foreign-exchange transactions.

The service does not replace personalised investment advice provided by a qualified advisor.

Access to the service requires creating an account. The user chooses a personal password and undertakes to keep it confidential. Each account is subject to prior validation by AMBRiVA Partners before any login: until the account is validated, access remains suspended.

The service is intended for professionals. The user undertakes to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep the account credentials confidential.

All elements of the service (brand, content, interface, knowledge base) are protected and remain the property of AMBRiVA Partners. The "Ambriva IA" trademark is registered by Sébastien Oum. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

The exchange rates and analyses displayed are provided for information only and may vary. AMBRiVA Partners does not guarantee the real-time accuracy of third-party market data. Decisions taken by the user are made under their sole responsibility. The service is provided without any guarantee of continuous availability.

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of an unresolved dispute, the user may use a consumer mediator free of charge, whose contact details are provided on request.
